I covered last week the opening of an exhibition revealing stories of Liverpool life during the First World War at The Museum of Liverpool to mark 100 years since the outbreak of the First World War. Running until 1 March 2015 the exhibition will explore some of the city’s lesser-known stories of the First World War, asking visitors to look at this period of history from a different perspective. Focusing on several themes, the exhibition will also feature a special display recording the outcome of an HLF-funded community collecting project about Liverpool’s Black and Minority Ethnic (BME) communities during the First World War period. My images were featured in the excellent Art In Liverpool blog.
If you are organising an exhibition, or having a press call, please get in contact and if available I'll pop in and take some photographs !

This is a question that has been asked many times, why commission a professional photographer for projects .... here are 5 business reasons. Read more...
"I have employed David for conferences, presentations, social engagements, marketing materials, open days, portrait shots, official document signings amongst many others. David has always been amenable to our sometimes short notice and has delivered our photos in a quick time frame as agreed and sometimes much quicker depending on our needs. He has always been very helpful, he follows and delivers on the brief and is able to give additional value to jobs with minimal briefs. I am more than happy to recommend David and he will no doubt deliver the same quality he provides us."
